Qualification: COMMUNITY BASED TRAINERS METHODOLOGY 

Description: This course intends o develop trainers for Community-Based Training Program. It deals with the knowledge, skills and attitude in developing the training environment, organizing the training delivery, delivering the training program, and reviewing the training program. In the implementation of this course, the context in which the learning outcomes will be achieved must be focused on community-based training delivery. 

Number of hours: 48 hrs. (6 days)

Basic Competencies: 

• Prepare training delivery guide 

• Prepare instructional materials 

• Prepare the training facilities and resources 

Common Competencies: 

• Design the training program 

• Enhance the training program 

• Assess student performance 

• Evaluate the training program 

Core Competencies: 

• Perform job analysis 

• Conduct training orientation/induction activity 

• Facilitate the learning sessions 

• Assess student performance 

A person who has achieved this Qualification is competent to be:
