TESDA RTCCL-Guiguinto and LGU Marilao Celebrate Mass Graduation of 76 Community-Based Training Scholars

On January 18, 2024, Regional Training Center Central Luzon-Guiguinto headed by Center Chief Rheo Henry Rodriguez attended the mass graduation ceremony for the community-based trainings held in the Municipality of Marilao. LGU Marilao is recognized as one of the established partners LGU of the center.
The trainings were held on various dates in the different participating barangays of Marilao. Each beneficiaries received their quality starter toolkits containing high-speed sewing machines, heavy-duty electric ovens, welding machines, hair blowers, and other tools that they can use as their capital for their livelihood.
76 graduates completed the different skills training in Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II, Dressmaking NC II, Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Hairdressing and Basic Nail Care Services. They were scouted and endorsed by MF. Santiago Training Center.
Honorable Mayor Henry R. Lutao of LGU Marilao led the confirmation of graduates and delivered his message. He congratulates the graduates during the receiving of their toolkits. He eagerly anticipates the graduates coming back to the local government, where they can share their success stories, providing inspiration to their fellow Marileños.
As the main provider of technical training, Mr. Rheo Henry Rodriguez also delivered an inspirational message to the graduates. He expressed his delight in TESDA's involvement in their "Hanapbuhay at Linang Kasanayanan”. He pledged to consistently uphold the collaboration with LGU-Marilao, extending diverse training to more barangays in the future.
Also present at the event are the Municipal Councilors Allane Sayo, Ariel Amador, Luisa Silvestre, Madel Jasa, Vanessa Valdez-Seminiano, and Special Assistant to the Mayor Debbie Espiritu Reyes, along with Mr. Jeffrey Guevarra, Supervising TESD Specialist.
