The TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto (RTCCL-Guiguinto), together with the TTI Advisory Council (TAC), successfully held its Third Quarter Meeting on September 26, 2025 at Mesa Alta Resto Events & Venue in Malolos City, Bulacan.
Presided over by TAC Chairman Ms. Cristina C. Tuzon, the meeting was attended by the members including Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, Center Chief of RTCCL-Guiguinto; OIC-Provincial Director Maria Cristina V. Valenzuela of DTI-Bulacan; Provincial Director Angelita Parungao of DOST-Bulacan; Mr. Marlon C. Leyesa of Bulacan State University; Mr. John Aloisius Mendez, representative of Big Ben Builders and Dev’t Corp.; Mr. Edgardo R. Santiago, President of the Bulacan Association of Technical and Vocational School; Mr. Eric Darryl Lim of Autokid Subic Trading Corp.; and Mr. Jeffrey M. Guevarra, TAC Secretariat.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the presentation of RTCCL-Guiguinto’s recent accomplishments including the successful implementation of previously approved TAC resolutions. The center has now obtained accreditation as an Assessment Center for Mechatronics Servicing NC II, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) NC I & NC II, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) NC II, marking a significant milestone in expanding its assessment and certification services.
The successful third quarter TAC Meeting reaffirmed RTCCL-Guiguinto’s commitment to industry collaboration and continuous improvement with the active participation of representatives from government, academe and industry, underscoring the importance of aligning training programs with emerging labor market trends. The outcomes of the meeting are expected to guide the center in further strengthening its training and assessment services and in contributing to the development of a highly skilled and future-ready workforce.
