The Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto officially launched the Training Sponsorship Program for Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (DomRAC) NC II on October 20, 2025, in partnership with the Rebisco Group of Companies, benefitting a total of 25 trainees.
Gracing the program launch were Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, Center Chief of RTCCL-Guiguinto; Ms. Ma. Cristina C. Gatdula, Administrative Manager and OIC of Multirich Foods Corporation; and Mr. Jay Francis Rubio, Project Chairman of the Rotary Club of Guiguinto Premier (RCGP). As part of their continuing support for skills development, the RCGP distributed starter toolkits to the trainees to assist them in their hands-on training and future livelihood pursuits.
The training duration is 36 days in-center and 30 days of Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) at the Rebisco Group of Food Companies, providing trainees with opportunities to apply and enhance their technical skills in a real work environment
This initiative highlights the strong partnership between TESDA RTCCL-Guiguinto and its industry and community partners, working together to empower individuals through technical-vocational education. Through this collaboration, the program enhances trainees’ employability and career readiness while supporting the TESDA’s mission to strengthen industry collaboration and empower Filipinos through industry-driven skills development.
