The TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto headed by Center Chief Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez in partnership with the St. Martin of Tours Credit and Development Cooperative (SMTCDC), successfully concluded the 5-day Electrical Training on Basic Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Building Wiring on October 10, 2025, at RTCCL-Guiguinto, Tabang, Bulacan.
A total of sixteen (16) SMTCDC members proudly completed the training held from October 6–10, 2025 under the guidance and technical expertise of their trainer, Engr. Arsenio D. Milagroso.

Training Instruction Supervisor Jeffrey M. Guevarra, representing Mr. Rodriguez, delivered an inspiring message commending the trainees for their dedication and encouraging them to continue their TESDA journey to obtain National Certificate. Meanwhile, Ms. Nenita R. Ignacio, Chief Membership Service and Marketing Officer of SMTDC, congratulated the graduates and motivated them to use their new skills to benefit their homes and communities.
As a gesture of partnership and support, SMTCDC also donated sets of electrical testers to RTCCL-Guiguinto for future training use.
This initiative reflects the strong collaboration between RTCCL-Guiguinto and SMTCDC in promoting community-based skills development, empowerment, and lifelong learning — advancing TESDA’s mission of building a more skilled and self-reliant Filipino workforce.
