TESDA RTCCL-Guiguinto and Rebisco Launch Technical Training Sponsorship Program for Electrical Installation and Motor Control

On June 9, 2025, TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto under the leadership of Center Chief Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, in collaboration with the Rebisco Group of Food Companies, officially launched the Technical Training Sponsorship Program for Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II and Basic Motor Control.
The 30-day program aims to provide nineteen (19) selected participants, primarily employees from Rebisco affiliates including Multirich Foods Corporation, RBC Best Baker Foods Inc., and SFI Fresh Bakers Corporation, with in-demand skills in wiring troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system installation, and motor control, all aligned with current industry standards and safety protocols. More than a skills-building initiative, the program seeks to boost participants’ job readiness and create pathways for career advancement.
During the program launch, Mr. Rodriguez commended the dedication of the participants in taking on the challenge of upskilling. He emphasized that the training is not only about acquiring technical knowledge, but also about creating a brighter future for themselves and their families. He also expressed his sincere appreciation to Rebisco for its trust in its employees and investment in their professional development.
The event was also graced by the presence of Ms. Ma. Cristina C. Gatdula, Admin Manager and OIC at Multirich Foods Corporation, who delivered an inspirational message on behalf of the company. She was accompanied by representatives from other Rebisco affiliates. Additionally, Mr. Roderick SM. Alcantara, TESD Specialist II, facilitated the program and acknowledged the esteemed guests and partners; Ms. Andrea C. Vergara, Registrar II, provided an overview of the training program; Ms. Jewel Joyce B. Nocus, TESD Specialist I, oriented the trainees on the house rules and dormitory guidelines; and Mr. Jeffrey M. Guevarra, Supervising TESD Specialist, concluded the program with a heartfelt closing message.
This joint endeavor underscores the strength of public-private partnerships in empowering the Filipino workforce, with all stakeholders reaffirming their dedication to the program’s success and the growth of every trainee into a skilled and future-ready professional.
