The TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto headed by Center Chief Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, in partnership with the Rebisco Group of Food Companies, successfully held a graduation ceremony on August 1, 2025, at the RTCCL Gymnasium under the Technical Sponsorship Training Program in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II and Basic Motor Control.
A total of 19 employees from the Rebisco Group of Companies successfully completed the program as part of a workforce upskilling initiative. The training equipped them with enhanced technical competencies that will contribute to their personal career growth and increase their value within the organization. These graduates were joined by their proud family members, who shared in the celebration of this important milestone, a testament to the personal and professional impact of the program.
The event was graced by key personalities who played vital roles in the success of the program, including Mr. Neil G. Santioque, Acting Provincial Director of TESDA Bulacan; Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, Center Chief of RTCCL-Guiguinto; Mr. Eliseo T. Cabiling Jr., Site Manager, OIC of Multirich Foods Corporation; Ms. Cristina C. Gatdula, Admin Manager, OIC of Multirich Foods Corporation; Mr. Jeffrey M. Guevarra, Training Instruction Supervisor; Engr. Marvin O. Sebastian, Trainer; and other representatives from Rebisco affiliates including SFI Fresh Bakers Corporation and RBC Best Baker Foods, Inc.
The graduation ceremony not only celebrated the achievements of the graduates but also underscored RTCCL-Guiguinto’s unwavering commitment to strengthening industry partnerships and delivering quality technical education. The successful upskilling program demonstrates how government and private sector collaboration can directly impact workforce development and career progression.
