RTCCL-Guiguinto and SMTCDC Seal MOA to Empower Communities Through Tech -Voc Training

On June 20, 2025, TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto (RTCCL-Guiguinto) and St. Martin of Tours Credit and Development Cooperative (SMTCDC) officially sealed a partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
The agreement was formally signed by Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, Center Chief of RTCCL-Guiguinto, and Mr. Serafin M. Celestino, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of SMTCDC. The MOA signing ceremony was also witnessed by Mr. Jeffrey M. Guevarra, Supervising TESD Specialist, along with SMTCDC representatives Ms. Herminia Z. Valeriano, Chairperson of the Board of Directors; Ms. Nenita R. Ignacio, Chief Membership Services and Marketing Officer and Ms. Mary Ann F. Agustin, Business Development Center Assistant.
Mr. Rheo Henry Rodriguez, accompanied by their Trainer, Engr. Arsenio Milagroso, extended a warm welcome and delivered an inspiring message, emphasizing the crucial role of technical-vocational (TechVoc) education in empowering individuals with the skills and competencies necessary to attain industry-relevant and stable job opportunities.
Ms. Andrea Vergara, Registrar facilitated the TIP and through this TESDA scholarship program, all beneficiaries are entitled to Free Training and Assessment with Training Allowance.
The scholars expressed heartfelt gratitude for this life-changing opportunity and shared their hopeful aspirations of securing productive employment upon completing the program.
