On January 31, 2024, TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon - Guiguinto headed by Center Chief, Rheo Henry Rodriguez in coordination with Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Guiguinto represented by Ms. Anne Obaniana conducted a Career Guidance and Job Induction Program at the RTCCL Gymnasium.

          100 trainees from various qualifications including Automotive Servicing NC I, Dressmaking NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Process Food by Fermentation and Pickling, and DomRAC NC II attended the activity. A presentation was conducted by PESO Guiguinto, followed by an open forum where trainees raised queries about employment and career guidance.

          Also in support to the program are the partner industries from Sta. Maria Industrial Park, Toyota Marilao, Coastline Truck Center, Black Armour Inc., Maverick Spade Motors Inc. and International Chemical Industries wherein they presented their company profiles and needed manpower to their company.

          The Career Guidance and Job Induction Program plays a vital role in preparing the trainees for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in their careers. By providing comprehensive guidance, skills development and practical insights, the program sets trainees on a path toward fulfilling and successful professional lives.
