TESDA RTCCL - GUIGUINTO CELEBRATE NATIONAL WOMEN'S MONTH 2025

          The Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto joined the Philippine Commission on Women and the entire nation in celebrating National Women’s Month this March 2025. With the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas”, the center reaffirmed its commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment through various activities.

          RTCCL-Guiguinto personnel actively took part in Gender and Development (GAD) campaign initiatives in solidarity with the nationwide celebration. To promote awareness and inclusivity, employees wear GAD-themed t-shirt every Wednesday throughout the month, while the official National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC) 2025 tarpaulin was prominently displayed at the center’s office.

          Further strengthening its advocacy for women's empowerment, RTCCL-Guiguinto personnel attended the online session TESDATalks: Empowering Minds, Nurturing Well-Being: Advocating for Women’s Mental Health, which provided valuable insights on mental health support for women in the workplace.

          On March 27, 2025, RTCCL-Guiguinto actively participated in the Color Fun Run, Palarong Pinoy and Fire Safety and Drill Orientation, along with the entire TESDA Bulacan employees. These activities fostered camaraderie, wellness, and preparedness among employees while reinforcing the significance of National Women’s Month.
