RTCCL - GUIGUINTO JOINS THE NATIONWIDE 2025 LABOR DAY MEGA JOB FAIR

          In celebration of Labor Day on May 1, 2025, the Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto actively participated in the nationwide Labor Day Mega Job Fair held at the SM Tungko Atrium in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan. Spearheaded by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) in collaboration with the local government unit of San Jose Del Monte, the event gathered various government agencies and private sectors with a unified goal of promoting employment opportunities and advancing the government’s commitment to workforce development.

          RTCCL-Guiguinto maximized its participation by promoting the center’s wide array of technical-vocational training programs, reaching out to job seekers, students, and potential industry partners. The center’s representative distributed informative flyers detailing available training programs, scholarship opportunities, enrollment procedures and the importance of competency assessment and national certification as key steps toward gaining employment and career advancement.

          The center also reached out to representatives from various companies to introduce and advocate for the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) program. This initiative aims to build strategic linkages between the institution and the private sector, encouraging companies to become partners in delivering hands-on and workplace-based training that aligns with real-world job requirements. By advocating for EBET, the center continues to bridge the gap between training and employment, ensuring its graduates are job-ready and industry-relevant.

          The center’s involvement in the job fair reflects its unwavering commitment to empowering the Filipino workforce through quality tech-voc education and strategic industry collaboration. Through active participation in events like this, RTCCL-Guiguinto not only supports the government’s employment initiatives but also reinforces its vital role in national workforce development and lifelong learning.
